Working For Happy Giraffe LTD

'We are a tower. A collective of diverse brand specialists who share a single obsession - brand. Some of us dream in Pantones, some think maddeningly in straplines and others obsess at a pixel-level detail. We’re brand strategists and doodlers and marketers and creatives and business brains and digital geeks. And we all love brand, using it as a powerful tool for transforming our clients’ businesses …"

After sending them a sample of my portfolio the company asked if I could shoot for the re-branding of there new website; we arranged a date for over the easter holidays so I was able to definitely be in the area. the work of mine they were particularly interested in was a shoot I did in Shoreditch, London.
Lucky for me I have shot before in a similar urban graffiti area which is only a 5 minutes walk from the companies base.
as the days got closer to the shoot I became more and more nervous mainly the fear of the unknown, I have never managed a large group of strangers in a professional environment before, What if my equipment stopped working?
The day approached and at 10am I showed up with my Nikon D810 and speed light kit. I met the team and they showed me a plan of what kind of shots they hoped I could achieve throughout the day. these included
Headshots- of each team member for there own profile page on the website
Banners- for the top of the website, specifically composed images where there was space for text
Group Photographs- of the whole team together
